The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette is something that you must look at. This is the best looking Corvette in years, if you love the Chevrolet Vette you need to look in to this car. One of my best friends was out surfing the web and ran in to some pictures of this work of art.
GM has really out done themselves on this car, it absolutely could not have been done any better. Which brings to mind why they are called the General. This is one of the most beautiful cars that I have ever laid my eyes on, I really think that this car will set a new standard for a great car.
The base model boasts a 6.2 liter small block Chevy engine with a power rating of 450 HP and 450 FTLB of torque, not bad for a starting place. Of course this is the Corvette and Chevrolet will add other engine options as time goes on.
Even if you have never liked the Corvette this one may change your mind. I know that I wasn't expecting anything like this. This car makes my blood pump, and my veins run hot. It makes my heart race with anticipation for the release of this car.
If you keep track of the release of new car, this will probably be around the middle of June. The design of the body work on this car is nothing short of perfection, if you love a great muscle car this is bound to be a car that will go down in history as one of the best ever.
According to Chevrolet the power curves have been all restructured, and the new engine should produce as much power between 1000 - 4000 R.P.M as the 7.0 liter in the ZO6 did. With that comes a 10 - 20 % increase in fuel efficiency.
Chew on that for a minute, as much power and better fuel mileage, that is not a statement that you hear all of the time with high powered cars. I can't be more excited for the release of a car. The new Chevrolet Corvette is a winner in my eyes.
In the past a few years GM has been doing artful and wonderful work on the design of their muscle cars. The only way that they could make it any better is to bring back the Chevelle and do as good of a job on the design of it as they have a Camaro, and the Corvette.
I've been in the automotive business for about 20 or 25 years, I have worked in all facets of the industry, from parts to restoration, all different makes and models.
